Monday - Thursday: $1,500 

Friday and Sunday: $2,000 

Saturday: $2,500


Half Day - Non-Wedding (M-Th)

Monday - Thursday only

9:00a - 3:00p: $550

4:00p - 10:00p: $650


Rental Price Includes

  • Use of Timber Oaks grounds and facilities
  • Use of grounds for engagement pictures (subject to scheduling)
  • Tables and chairs for 150 of your guests
  • Rehearsal time (subject to scheduling)


Special Holiday Pricing

Valentine’s Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, as well as Sundays before legal Monday holiday for both Memorial Day and Labor Day will be charged Saturday, in season rate. The legal Monday holiday will be charged Sunday, in season rate.
